4. @SwissChaletCA there's a reason this location was only serving 1 table. The disinterest from your store mgr and call centre to actually serve a customer was incredible. We never complain but this was insane. An hour later, we went somewhere else.

3. @SwissChaletCA call centre refunds the order, then want us to wait another 20-30 mins with a new order. We have kids to feed at home BTW! Their offer to the inconvenience on a huge order?...$5!
