Some of the most insecure people say things like:

The truth is, we all care at some level. If we didn’t, none of us would be on here sharing our lives, our thoughts, our businesses or our opinions.

That’s part of being human. We feel. We connect. We want to be understood.

The goal isn’t to stop caring.

The goal is to care about the right things, listen to the right people and stop giving your energy to people who haven’t earned access to it.

Real confidence isn’t “I don’t care.”

It’s knowing what deserves your attention and what doesn’t.
