Hey ! I’m Juan,
5 years ago I was a freshman that got a degree in Law and didn’t wanted to work as an attorney…
Since I was 15 years old I always wanted to become a full time investor and entrepreneur. I started my major in Law because I always thought it was going to be a great advantage to know how the law operated and have the chance to use it into my businesses; the thing was: I never realized I would end up graduating without any successful business yet… that was not part of the plan.
I tried lots of things: trading, network marketing, Amazon FBA (Lost almost 30K due to a lawsuit for patent infringement)… None of these worked, but thought me that no matter what you want in life, consistency is the key to success, and if my success was going to take more time than I was expecting, I was fully committed to continue pursuing it, no matter how long it would take.
5 years ago software found me. I had a LOT of luck. With just a 5 month bootcamp I was able to join a Global company with presence in more than 30 countries. Since then I closed my technical gaps in software getting a MSc in software engineering, more than 10 valuable certifications, and thousands of hours of training building software products for others.
Now my time has come to take the leap. I still have a well paid 9-5, but a huge obsession to build my definitive freedom from 5 to 12 pm, on weekends, on holidays and basically at any extra time I can put my hands on.
I started a successful Real Estate Agency 1 year ago. Now im building B2B & B2C SaaS software for finance and PropTech.
Meet this guy that had a lot of luck 5 years ago and it’s about to built a lot of luck now 🍀
Same as I said to @SoraiaDev , thanks for sharing Mau… no matter in which phase of the path you are, commitment is the only thing that will make you succeed, but from time to time it is good to realize that being successfully, specially as an entrepreneur, is so fucking hard that it does not make sense to compete against anyone except than yourself.
Self delusion is the fuel. understanding good things in life can take a lot of time is what make us keep going without loosing our minds, or feeling like a complete failure. Keep inspiring man 🥂
@TrueSlazac It is because we are a non-viable region… best place in the world to live? Yes… Worst place in the world to invest ? Also yes… Buy that beach apartment, or that penthouse in Medellin just for fun, but nothing else my man 🤝
