I was hourly. They promoted me gave me a “huge raise” and put me on salary. Turned out to be a pay cut if I was over 85 hours.

@DavidWolfe I live in a small rural county of ~5000 people. However, at any given time there are between 75k to 100k. There are two feed lots in the county. With a capacity of about 1000 cattle each. There are also a lot of farmers raising different crops. Small county, huge production.
