@SSCricket93@DArmChairCritic It’s not just the app itself. I’ve never experienced delays in receiving OTPs or verification failures, which I encountered a few times with ComBank.
@KaviSenu The efficiency is only for the breakdown complaints. For other categories they don't even assign them to the crew 😂
It's been over a month and they are yet to assign my broken pole replacement request to a relevant crew
