If Somali culture is to change, it will be changed in Somalia, not here.

@orlaminihane I have spoken with many Somalis while doing Christian evangelism. I believe they will do whatever they want, and you will not stop them. If you took the extreme measures necessary to stop it, the victims would also turn on you, and hate you more than they hate the perpetrators.

@orlaminihane I understand but wouldn't this have the same results as stop and search? In spite of black ppl being the most common victims of the violence being tackled, this was presented as racist targeting, and so wound up people who went on to commit violence against whites. 1/2
