I was there for this and this could even be one of my photos although I don’t remember sharing that one anywhere. He had a great swing but waved photographers off right before his swing. It was memorable - small area & close proximity! #NCIS #markharmon

Exactly! It wasn’t mentioned earlier because, frankly, the writers had not thought of it until now. That said, Vance clearly told them Gibbs had helped agents kids for years without saying who (except for himself), leaving the door open for Tali and others, including Phin. #NCIS
