DYK some #nutrients are used in #FoodAdditives & #pesticides eg phosphates, chlorides, copper? Nutrients are generally good for us but still need regulating to avoid excessive intake. Our scientists are harmonising how we set safe thresholds for nutrients across food&feed areas.
