I know you can add language to the save game name but something where you don't have to type the save game name but where you can write a short description or current location or player notes.

@larianstudios for the save game/load game screen. Can you add a notes box (or similar) where you can describe what saved game is which. I have a few campaigns with friends with generic character names and always forget which saved game is which.
