@chongdashu I used Kokoro TTS which is a relatively small (local) model. You can pre-warmup the model so it is nearly instant when playing around with a scene.

There are some baked-in voices that are ok (but lack the expression and quality eleven labs has) and are great for testing.

@chongdashu Can't wait to see where you take this next. I'm looking into making a small game featuring my kids for their birthdays and have been able to produce the engine, but the 2d artwork and animations are still where I struggle the most. I hope to learn some good tricks here :)

@royvanrijn Luckily that’s something that improves rapidly. But the rest… I remember stepping on the soccer pitch and trying to run like I did when I was much younger. Everything hurt that day. Ego too 😬
