Hit up @SpeedStacksInc for Switchback. Up stack on your teams’s side, run & down stack from other team, up stack on your side. Team with most complete sets at end wins. Plenty of reps & tons of cardio! Also practice in handling frustration 🤣 #noplacelikemccall

@Mr_C_PE A4: I have solely relied on using the projector. All directions can be gleaned from looking at it and kids can instantly begin without need for (much) explanation. #espechat
@Mr_C_PE A3: agree with @JrV4Victory; Also, whether the lesson focus is physical activity or skill development, there has to be emotional regulation of some sort built in to be successful with the focus. So I’d say they all basically tie in to the focus, intentional or not #espechat

Used @CoachPirillo big bucket RPS card game for cardio (run a lap for each card) & strength (@darebees exercises every 2 min).RPS brings out ALL the emotions & what a great space we can provide to practice understanding & managing those emotions #noplacelikemccall
