@tardisemily So it sounds like a modern accent.. I honestly don’t know what an 18c Neapolitan accent would have sounded like, at a time when Italy as we know it didn’t exist… Naples was a kingdom whose subjects likely came from different places + not comprised solely of regional people.

@La_Femme_Vert @cspacat @BaronzuR I think-if we were to offer any critique of this artistic vision- it’s that we need at least 1 or 2 more episodes to round it all out and do more deep cuts on Lestat’s history. But the title The Vampire Lestat is as much about the band/ documentary as that is its name.
