@odognine2 can you call out rielly next and see if that gets him going

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle This did not age well - god this team drives me mad

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@TicTacTOmar This did t age well - 41 seconds

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle Did you know that the last time the leafs got shut out on their first road game of the season by a score of 1-0 was in 1967

Patches scored the first goal of the season and wears 67

Maybe the curse is lifted ??

@Steve_Dangle Come on this is why the nhl is not a fucking league

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle No questions just this recap of their Cali trip:
- outscored the Cali teams 9-2
- out shot them 119 - 83
- 6/6 points

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle @AdamWylde @JesseBlake thoughts:

Sammy has a 0.871

It is bad but you know who is better than him right now:

Campbell with a 0.873 (NHL) 0.888 (AHL)
Skinner with a 0.884

Hmm…

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle you boy Jeff Carter got a short handed goal tonight, maybe he should stick on the second PP and PK - @JesseBlake and @AdamWylde

[Omar @TicTacTOmar]

so now you can't do anything you want after a penalty?

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle @sdpnsports How good was it to see Holl be the one to cough up a game winner for the leafs this time?

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

I don’t even know where to start with a re-tool for this team but we are SHIT @Steve_Dangle @JesseBlake and @AdamWylde least you guys have lots of leaf content

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@JesseBlake 131 million for 47 pitches of shutout ball only to pull him!

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@odognine2 looks like me when I forget that the meeting was with upper management on @TSN1050Radio

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

.@Steve_Dangle @sdpnsports super stat or meaningless number:

#nhl teams have a total of 7051 penalties taken to date and the average across all teams for difference between PP and PKs is -0.5

Essentially game management in a nutshell! Only call penalties if they will even out

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@TicTacTOmar PPs are 4-2 cannot call another on Florida or the game management is too lopsided

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

Leafs forwards under 10 min of ice time with 14 min to go in the third - Acciari (left the game in the first) and Kerfoot - bunting the next lowest! Thoughts @Steve_Dangle

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

But the cap makes it so that there is more parody in the NHL doesn’t it @AdamWylde and @Steve_Dangle

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle call me crazy but hear me out - leafs go all in and trade for Timo Meier but after the playoff run is done they sign him to a 8 year deal at a 9-10 AAV with a massive signing bonus due July 1 and flip him to another team July 2

[John W. Carvalho @jwestcarvalho]

@Steve_Dangle Keefe better take the fine and call out the refs - joke of an NHL game for calls both ways
