@VirginTrains It’s the Delay Repay customer claim form that the station manager gave me and told me I would 100% get a refund if I send it within 10 days. The address was on the envelope that the virgin train manger gave me at kings cross London. I can PM you a email address, then you find it?
@VirginTrains what a joke- still waiting for a reply after 11 days! Submitted a refund claim after being delayed 114mins for a train to Edinburgh from London and still haven’t heard!! Terrible service! I would like my refund ASAP!
