@opodo I have now applied for a refund for the 3rd time since my flight was cancelled back in September. I got a phonecall on the 6/10/20 who said they would get me a refund, then I applied again on the 14/11/20 and now again today. Ref is 6634818250. Can I get a timeframe?!
