Go through useless Support Assist, Open a Ticket, get on calls, agree to return the computer, get computer back, still doesn't work. @Dell closed the support ticket so start the whole process over again. I'm up to 4 case #s now FOR THE EXACT SAME ISSUE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED

Have to come on X a minute and vent about the absolutely terrible customer support from @Dell and @DellCares. 4 months since my company bought the computer, 3 rounds of email and phone support, returned the computer for repair 2 times - STILL NO WORKING COMPUTER!

This is how @AlaskaAir appreciates their best customers - by charging absolutely ridiculous fees to transfer miles and then gouging a bit more with a 1980's "handling" fee. It would literally cost less to buy the ticket outright.
