@VaDOTNOVA@VaDOT stuck here in Franconia Forest Ct if you don’t have a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Your plows come to the beginning of our culdesac and turn around. One truck did one or two passes but did not clear anywhere near anyone’s driveways. He just dumped sand and salt on top of 5 inches of snow and ice.
Please address this asap and re-evaluate the contractors you hire.
@StumpGuyTy 💯 and a quick google search (or any AI tool) will produce a laundry list of results. That being said, my recommendation would be Mercury. Easy to work with for new, small business
Personally, I would not give two weeks. Your wife owes them nothing and is an employee at will. If she’s terminated there is no two week notice given by the employer. If I were her, I would submit my resignation tomorrow and offer to stick around through Friday to tie up any loose ends, make introductions to the appropriate new contact (not sure if her role would require this) etc. It doesn’t burn any bridges. If they let her walk tomorrow, so be it. Two weeks is unnecessary and typically leads to the the employee twiddling their thumbs for the majority of the two weeks - “two weeks is the right thing to do” is just some made up BS.
@DCDPW Do you hold yourselves to the same snow removal standards you require from your residents? Based on the look of every sidewalk in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, the answer is no. Every sidewalk (not in front of a business) is a sheet of ice.
@ashvinmelwani You should test on Rumble's self serve ad platform (50MM MAUs). Obvi would do great. 1.25% avg CTR on pre-roll and .65% avg CTR on display.
