@VDOOZER like most of the world, I'm a huge Scrubs fan and very pumped for the reboot! Just throwing this out there... I think this song would be awesome to feature๐ถ

P.s. Ted Lasso was a masterpiece ๐
Has anyone else noticed that their @claudeai Pro usage limit gets used up even when they've not used it? I just saw mine jump from 85% to 88% in this current session and I hadn't used it for about an hour. What is that about? #claude#usage
Maybe it's just me but being able to bookmark responses in LLMs like @GeminiApp, @claudeai and @ChatGPTapp would be so useful. So I can just jump back to useful responses instead of scrolling through massive chat histories and using CTRL+F
Itโs V0.1 (Beta). Itโs definitely not perfect. It doesn't know everything yet.
But it beats manual research!

#MeetGeorge
I really dislike trawling regulatory PDFs to find info ๐ค
But building @MeetGeorge_UK requires deep knowledge of regulations.
So... we automated the reading.
Meet Policy Compass: An AI agent we built to search 4,000+ @ofgem docs for us.
And today, weโre releasing it for free.
We built this as an internal tool to help us build @MeetGeorge_UK faster.
But we realised: if you work in energy supply, compliance, or consulting, you probably have this same headache.
So we felt it was better to share access than keep it private.
3/3 The bottom line for any founder or CFO: your #electricity bill is now fundamentally a bet on the weather.
An #energy strategy that only hedges against gas is now obsolete. We're building @MeetGeorge_UK to help businesses navigate exactly this new volatility. #BuildInPublic
1/3 Just finished reading the latest @energygovuk Energy Trends report. The old rules of UK energy prices are broken.
For the first time ever, renewables generated the majority of our electricity (a record 54.5% in Q2), driven by a 27% surge in solar thanks to record sunshine.โ๏ธ
2/3 This isn't just a green stat - it's a hard financial signal.
We saw proof last week:
- Renewable generation dropped.
- Gas prices stayed flat.
- Wholesale electricity prices spiked 48%.
The primary price driver is shifting from gas markets to weather patterns.
4/4 The upshot? We're moving from a dumb, passive grid to an active, intelligent one. This opens up huge opportunities for smart tech that helps businesses use energy better. And that's what we're focused on. #BuildInPublic

1/4 The UK energy market just got a massive OS upgrade. It's called Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS), and for anyone building in #EnergyTech, it's a huge deal.
Hereโs the TL;DR...
3/4 But the most profound change is this: cost = "volume" is now cost = "volume * time_of_day"
This isn't just a billing tweak - it's a fundamental rewiring of the grid's economic logic, creating real-time price signals for every user.
7/7 If you're already using flexibility at home or in your business, I'd love to hear about your config.
What's your setup and how do you make it work for you? ๐ค

1/7 I'm going to make a prediction ๐ฎ
In the near future, pretty much every home and business in the UK will be an active participant in the energy market, not just a passive customer.
The tech that makes this possible is called 'flexibility', and I think it's insanely cool.
6/7 This future just got a big push forward. Last week, @ofgem released a new proposal to standardise the flexibility market.
I did a deep dive on what it means for businesses in the latest George Briefing: https://t.co/pRMEbLu0aI
