@stats_feed What a ridiculous list. Results based respondents ‘perceptions’? How about objective metrics as in literacy, (poly)linguistic skills, academic participation and so forth? Have you turned into ‘World of surveys’?
@stats_feed A six-week cluster of 8 CH-attacks a day on average. I thought about ending myself. If you don’t know about cluster headaches, look it up. #clusterheadache#suicideheadache
@stats_feed I like statistics, but not when they’re used to obfuscate underlying facts: all of the listed countries have progressive tax systems, but here only the top rates are shown and offer no real insight into their tax systems. This is borderline #demagoguery. https://t.co/UTT25hxBx5
@LoveInner Jessey Norman with Masur is also one of the benchmark performances, but has some weaker points (Frühling somehow seems to strain Normans voice and the violin soli in Beim Schlafengehen and Morgen are not up to par imho). Soile Isokoski’s performance is downright stellar.
ONN political analyst Jason Copeland is at The Big Map to break down why Trump and Harris are virtually deadlocked in a tight race for Pennsylvania resident Nick Camden.
@LoveInner This one. The way Haitink (and the RCO) go above and beyond, could nearly be described as uncharacteristic for him. They really pour their hearts and souls out. One of my all time favorites.

@LoveInner I totally agree on the Bernstein WP recording. It is the best. Another favorite of mine (maybe because it was my 1st) is Haitink with the RCO (1969). I was brought up with the sound of the RCO and it still feels very close and ‘right’. The woodwinds are amazing. My two cents…
Hey @transavia, you cancelled my 16 y.o. daughter’s return flight and didn’t inform me as a parent, who did the booking? No updated information in your app and no information to our mobile phone numbers? Now she is stranded and no service form you to remedy this? What a disgrace!
@LoveInner For me, definitely Karl Ancerl with the Czech Philharmonic. Its atmosphere is just blood curdling and the playing is of unbelievable virtuosity and energy.
Some disasters don't make the news, because they happen every single day. We've become accustomed to these catastrophes, even though they're often (much) worse than even the worst news on the front pages.
Case in point: the tobacco industry. /1
@LoveInner Lupu performing wind quintets with soloists of the RCO (although at the time of this recording Han de Vries had already left the RCO and Vincente Zarzo was never officially with the RCO). This a little gem because of its beauty, but also special to me, as I studied with Zarzo.
