My cows seemed much more distressed and "danced around" more than these cows. only one here seemed to notice much

@amazing13_13 I suspect hair removal and, 2ndly, for mastitis and human food safety. The hair can mat with manure & bedding and became a haven for bacteria. I have seen cows with noisy electric clippers near their udders become more alarmed and distressed than these briefly "flamed" cows.

@TheLucyShow1 There are a number of medical issues that could make a driver that incompetent: stroke, diabetic coma, etc. it is POSSIBLE that he is not strictly at fault...more than a few people have been ill treated and had their medical issues made worse by people making bad assumptions

In many "redish" areas there is no funds for animal control, so a neighbor vs. neighbor "war' breaks out and the most violent neighbor eventually wins.
