Hi family and friends. I wanted to share some unfortunate news with everyone. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. It is terminal and sadly there are no treatment options for me. I have decided to be on hospice and spend my last days with my loving family.

I want to spread awareness to everyone to please go to the doctor and do your proper follow ups, exams, lab work, etc. I wouldn’t wish this pain and suffering on anyone. Please listen to your body and take care of yourself.

I would like to give a special thank you to Dan, Melissa, Alderman Ervin, Terry and Maria for their support during this difficult time.

Thank you everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers. God bless everyone. My family will provide updates moving forward.

Today I was up North & stopped by 1
of Dad’s favorite lunch spots. Chavas Tacos El Original on Grand. It’s been a long time since I went & it brought back some great memories W/Dad. We ate great food & talked Sports, Life, & of course Politics! I’m glad I went they were very nice as
I mentioned Dad. Lunch was great! I will B back soon
