@hobdaydesign Hey Anthony! I'm Jeremy, the founder of Cobbler. I love your comments here - thank you so much for sharing! The fine folks at https://t.co/d7sEbEe0BJ deserve all the credit! Can I ask where you found our site please? Very curious!
Even though I obsessively read this site I still can't write anything short so please check out my Substack if you're vaguely interested in what might be rattling around in my brain. Will be talking mostly about work things: https://t.co/T3LXz6bda1
Trying to figure out what is worse. Hearing your own voice played back in a recording, or watching a screen share that has one of your emails displayed and you have to look at the exclamation points and emojis you put in a business email! :)
After seventeen years of development, I launched something pretty huge today, and I even wrote about it! Introducing Cobbler—an Immortality Project. More details over at: https://t.co/VH1F7JU67h
We're having our third office hours tomorrow! These have turned into a really fun ongoing thing for us. Illustrators and animators, get your folio reviewed. Talk shop. All free: Register at https://t.co/HsDNdCOVEp
@alexxgrigg Alex, we're also hosting an online @jackywinter office hours in two weeks specifically to do peer folio reviews and talk shop. Will be free and ideally regularly. Sign up to our PencilBooth if you want to get details when we announce it next week: https://t.co/CKdjQW6Vii
This label has been in our bathroom this week and every time I see it I just imagine someone with a cockney accent shoplifting it while repeating the brand name in said cockney accent while a cosmetics department clerk looks on helplessly.
What I miss most about WFH is being able to comfortably send voice notes in Slack. Now that it has transcription built in it's so good! Just a bit awkward to do in an open office (or any space really). Need some kind of reverse ANC.
@jessicahische Hey Jessica! Not sure if you got my email about @Pencil_Booth but I can hook you up for a free account over there if you like. Drop me a line!
If we’re serious about uprooting Capitalism we must start by abolishing the Scholastic Book Club. Sorry, but it has to be done. I just can’t put another lockable journal in landfill.
