It might seem offensive but I can't see any superior concepts and exploration beyond Arirang and lux. What Albums do u come across that often which reinforce the sense of identity and individualism in you? Conceptually best album so far
“People think BTS is this big because of their industry plans. But that couldn't be further from the truth. K-pop didn't accept them, and hip-hop didn't accept them. So they went grassroots. History repeats itself. You can see the through line from D'Angelo to Outkast to now BTS. When a group is forced to curate their own world, they typically end up becoming one of the biggest. Because everybody wants to be on that world.”

Recording Academy member Adam Merter Birson says BTS should only be competing in the top categories at the Grammys:
“BTS ARMY should push for them to win Album of the Year, not be marginalized in a Best Asian Pop category. It’s great for smaller artists to get recognized, but BTS is way too big and important to fall into this trap.”
“my main takeaway from bts compared to other artists is that they are - and I cannot stress this enough - the most professional artists I’ve worked with in my life.
most artists you interact with are children. they’re people who got money when they were young, or came from money or they’re just stupid a** people in general.
bts is completely professional, completely straight focused. always working.”
bringing back the words of JPEGMAFIA, one of the producers on arirang album.
Apparently the only prerequisite to win a Grammy is to be white, if you're a person of color (including blacks, Latinos and Asians) they'll create a consolation prize category to shut you up imagine the audacity in the big 2026... Embarrassing.
