UPDATE: Sheffield United have hijacked Derby County’s move for Leicester City midfielder Hamza Choudhury.

It’s understood the Bangladesh international was on his way to #DCFC after the clubs agreed a deal.

However, a late bid from Sheffield United has resulted in Choudhury choosing to return to the Blades – where he spent the second half of the 24/25 season on loan.

The 28-year-old is undergoing a medical now and will then finalise the paperwork on his contract.
