To me, acting is the most logical way for people's neuroses to manifest themselves, in this great need we all have to express ourselves. #LFC#Cowboys#TOR#NYK
Henry Nowak was a young man with his whole life ahead of him.
His final moments were heartbreaking: pleading that he couldn't breathe, before bleeding to death in handcuffs.
The police failed in their duty to protect him. There must be real accountability for what happened.
While some have sought to weaponise his death for their own divisive agendas, Henry's family have shown extraordinary fortitude in their grief: "We do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension. We want his story to help make our streets safer for everyone."
My thoughts are with his family. Justice for Henry.
@rudkin_abigail Nervous. But more excited than Slot staying. I think Arne was hard done by, but could we afford to miss out on Iraola or other candidates if Slot was struggling earlier in the season? That I would say no to.
Liverpool want to be an aggressive, front-foot team led by someone who is all in, whose identity is intensity, who will immerse himself in the club through to the academy, and whose hard-working character will endear him to the city. Thatโs Andoni Iraola.
Yes, there are risks. There usually always are bar very rare circumstances. Jรผrgen Klopp thought he was a risk because he had never worked outside of Germany.
Looking at win percentages as a mark of appointing a new head coach/manager is nonsense. Klopp would have never been approached by Bayern Munich or joined Borussia Dortmund in that case.
Luis Enrique would have never gone from Celta to Barcelona.
Itโs about what theyโve achieved relative to means, scaling that, plus their stylistic fit to the club and its ambitions.
Olivia Rodrigo explains her reason for speaking up for Palestine:
โI am an artist, and what I do for my job is like, โthis is how i feelโ and I present it to people, and I think it would be disingenuous to say that I donโt feel heartbroken about whatโs going on in Gaza.โ
@ClayTravis Good quarterback, terrible PR team. Sports and politics, should never cross over. His team last season performed like his President terrible. You can be proud of your country and not support your government. They are very different things.
@Scorpiano88@MLFootball Trumpโs administration does nothing for working class Americans. Heโs poison that needs to stop. Spending billions on wars and could be using that money to help Americans. Instead your tax dollars got to funding Israelโs wars. The whole world sees this.
