今天，前中國首富、恆大集團創辦人許家印被判無期徒刑，兩個兒子也一同入獄。
恆大的倒台，表面上是房地產泡沫破裂、槓桿過高、資金鏈斷裂，但更深層的原因，是中國「權力決定財富」的政商模式，走到了必然的終點。

當年許家印為什麼能夠如日中天？未必是因為他有超出常人的智慧或經營能力。在中國做房地產，最重要的其實只有幾件事：能不能拿到好地、能不能迅速取得各種審批、能不能從銀行拿到源源不斷的貸款。

而這些，恰好都是權力可以決定的。只要政商關係打通，土地、審批、融資一路綠燈，再碰上房價不斷上漲，企業就可以迅速做大。於是，企業家最重要的能力，不再是技術創新、產品研發和經營效率，而是，認識誰、依靠誰，以及能不能找到一把足夠大的政治保護傘。

這種成功模式，從一開始就埋下了失敗的種子。因為政治靠山會退休、會失勢，甚至會被清洗、整肅。新的官員上台，也要建立自己的利益網絡，培養自己的「白手套」。昨天還是座上賓的商人，今天就可能成為必須切割的舊勢力。

所以，中國改革開放幾十年來出現了一個奇怪的現象。一批又一批曾經登上首富榜、風光無限的商人，最後不是身陷囹圄，就是突然消失、遠走海外，甚至英年早逝。真正能夠跨越幾個政治週期，長期屹立不倒的企業家，少之又少。

這也是為什麼，中國很難出現像松下幸之助、王永慶、張忠謀那樣，用幾十年建立企業文化和產業根基的人，也很難出現像馬斯克、黃仁勳那樣，依靠技術創新改變世界產業版圖的企業家。

中國這套體制更容易量產的，是許家印、徐明這樣的「時代富豪」。依靠權力迅速崛起，又隨著權力洗牌迅速墜落。

許家印倒了，但製造許家印的土壤並沒有消失。只要這片土壤還在，就一定還會有下一個許家印。他不是第一個，也絕不會是最後一個。
