@BBarisch@CrashDummy12x Agreed. I was worried for Kantserov being the only Russian on the team but Arty also speaks Russian. Hopefully they can bond over their shared experience.
@Harian_Mossa He's definitely looking a bit bigger. Whether that will make a difference we will see. End of the day, he's never going to be a big body; he needs to find the confidence with the puck he had in juniors.
@BlackhawksFocus What happened to Levโs wrist shot?? During his draft year I saw highlights of him going end to end sniping top shelf. Now every time I see him take a wrist shot it looks like a beer league muffin. At least his one timer looks good.
@JAYChi_Hawks Excited to see him in college but I could see him struggling for ice time on that stacked Michigan St. team. Weโll see how he develops there.
@OviClapBomb What I like most about this is that each player is in the exact spot which they thrive in. Bedard and Frondell on their one time sides, Bert in front as usual, and Kantserov was a bumper specialist in Russia. On paper, this should go really well.
Having the No. 4 overall pick and NOT finally getting Connor Bedard a legitimate winger โ either through the draft or through a trade โ would be a colossal failure. Just colossal.
@RinksideGeneral Heโs never going to be a bruiser but he can get himself out of a lot of situations with a good stick and quick passing. Looks like heโs starting to learn his style in the NHL. Definitely promising.
