@LambilyPYT well no… 90’s music is genuinely great. especially in r&b, hiphop and rock. the problem is that people are too reliant on the sounds of the past instead of simply being inspired by them
@ligerzerosyren seeing this makes me cry out of frustration and sadness. i wish my generation could experience being able to have a decent young adult experience with having a decent income
@ligerzerosyren read all this and had to choke back a sob. ppl complaining about lonliness, but in order to even participate in your average socializing rituals you need to be making mad money or just dont care about finances. brunch for $10 w friends? yea no its $15-30 now 💔horrible times
@ligerzerosyren I’m amazed people don’t believe you. I turned 18 in 2000. My rent was also $425, & we lived like you lived in 2011. Most young adults lived independently. Corporations did not yet own it all. We could afford food.
The theft of humanity’s collective future is all rather recent.
It's genuinely disturbing that Law & Order SVU has managed to stay on air for decades without running out of stories about violence against women. The writers aren't struggling for ideas because reality keeps supplying them.
on this day in 1986, janet jackson's 'control' became her first no. 1 album on the billboard 200 🔥
the album included her first no. 1 single on the hot 100 "when i think of you" and made janet the first female artist to score five top 5 billboard hot 100 hits from a single album
@myapriest literally! dangerous is full of new jack swing, history is full of hip hop and rap, and invincible is full of r&b. i would say that thriller is his least “black” sounding album (though don’t get it twisted all his music is black since he was a black man)
