@CurtisPashelka @mercnews Middleton must be re-signed. He’s added that grit that’s been missing from the blue line for several years. He’s also been a great partner for Burns and EK65 all year. A player like him doesn’t come along very often in the modern NHL.

Patrick Marleau is scheduled to play in his 1,768th NHL game on April 19 in Las Vegas, which would pass Gordie Howe for the most in NHL history.

Just for context, the Golden Knights won't play their 1,768th regular season game as a franchise until the 2039-40 season.

@TheFinFactor It seems like a strange position to be in. Bob also mentioned that he wants to get Dooby some more games too, but Jones is hot. Play the hot goalie and hope not to burn him out or rest him, get Dooby a game, and hope Jones stays hot? I guess time will tell. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@TheFinFactor This is the best Jones has played in a long time. I’m happy with his play, but he unfortunately still has a lot of nay sayers due to his consistency issues.
