@BigolWave@VERYKOOLLUKEY Exactly. From what I have seen the calcium content would bind with any fluoride creating calcium fluoride which is insoluble and the body won't absorb it.
@BowTiedBroke@NoMarginGuy I concur. I stained 3 white oak doors for a client once. He delivered them to me and told me to be extra careful because he paid 30k+ to have them made.
@tisbutascratch3@yelotree Just to clarify but you mean "sleep on" as in sleep well holding it right? I think too many people will see the "sleep on" and think you mean ignore the project haha
@cryptoc503@dmonee14@Milkman2228 My point was any mask hindering proper respiratory function is detrimental to performance. No elite athletes wear them due to this. Elevation masks are just as idiotic as protective masks. Some athletes I know get headaches with intense cardio and a mask so problems are present
@cryptoc503@dmonee14@Milkman2228 Elevation masks don't simulate elevation and training at elevation doesn't increase consumption of aerobic emissions. Side points sure. But just think it's odd to compare an "elevation" (mask with a questionable impact on workouts and actually possible hindrances)
