@TNLUK@Ian_Collins_03 I have a similar issue - in the app it says “no matches” next to my ticket, but when I open up the ticket it says I’ve matched two numbers and won £5!
@marksandspencer Slightly concerned that, after your recent cyber attack, I’ve received an email from you that begins “Dear Monica” … my name is NOT Monica, so your email that is designed to inform and re-assure is having precisely the opposite effect!
@FirstYork York Pride website says that discounted bus tickets will be available via the app - available from 31st May - but my app doesn’t not give me this option. Will it be available as advertised please?
@lumieredurham Tried again as suggested, now I’m stuck in a loop of internal server errors. Seems I’m not going to get any tickets despite logging on at 10am as instructed ☹️
@lumieredurham Trying to book tickets - waited in the virtual queue for ages only to find that the website won’t let me progress beyond clicking on a date and ticket type - I’m on an iPad, is this the problem? Going to try on my pc now - having to rejoin (an even longer) queue ☹️
@SkyHelpTeam What’s going on with mobile data in Liverpool today? Husband and I are here for one of the biggest events of the year (Eurovision!) and we’ve both had to find wifi in cafes etc all day. Not feeling impressed ☹️
@bbceurovision@scott_mills@Rylan@BBCOne We’ve never watched the semi-finals before but we’re watching on the tv tonight in preparation for being there for real on Thursday night -SO excited (Jackie and Ian)
@WeavingKen@SophieAziz123 In answer to your question, @WeavingKen , there was serious flooding in York a few years ago. Waters rose very quickly due to failure of anti-flooding measures. If this alarm system had been in place, more people would have had more time to evacuate and/or move treasured items
@Northpowergrid Thanks for such a speedy reply 👍 I think I’m going to have to throw out quite a lot of food from my fridge, so a payout would be a welcome bonus to help replace it
@KirstieMAllsopp@brendamurray29@jason_margate It’s not specific sentences or words, it’s the whole sense of what they are saying. It’s the continual drip-feed of “otherness”, de-humanising immigrants, suggesting they are the cause of our problems. It’s insidious, and that’s why it’s so dangerous
Huge shout out to the staff at the York branch of @LOCCITANE_UK after I messed up on my online order. They went above and beyond to sort out my error and even phoned me after I’d left the shop to let me know what they’d done. Fab customer service - they made my day 👍
@RoyalMail I am trying to use your online Click & Drop service to print a label for a parcel I intend to post myself. You offer free collection but there is no option to refuse this. Now I will have to queue at the Post Office instead!
@trustmetours64 @Baddiel@jimmycarr But you miss the point. The joke you quote, whilst distasteful, does not imply that the Holocaust was good. The joke for which he is now being judged, describes the death of thousands of people as a “positive”. That is where the difference lies.
@jayblades_@BBCOne Really want to watch this but may be busy that evening. I’ve just tried to set it to record on my SkyQ box and got the message “this programme cannot be recorded” - do you have an ideas why? (And it’s not my box at fault as everything else is able to be recorded)
