@paytmbankcare Any update on my grievance? It has been more than 2 weeks completed now without any resolution!! Do I need to complain to RBI now for my Paytm Fastag refund? Your team has unethically zeroed out our balance from the Paytm app to remove any evidence.

@Uber_India Why the shuttle bus drivers don't want to cover the complete route on a regular basis and skip multiple stoppages daily even after multiple complaints? Is skipping so many stoppages daily acceptable to Uber? My stoppage was skipped today also but no action by Uber!!

@Uber_India This shuttle driver again followed a different route today skipping my drop stoppage and dropped me off at a different stoppage. I complained earlier regarding this but no action was taken by Uber. The shuttle drivers always want to take shortcut to skip stoppages.

The shuttle drivers on this route are confidently following a different route skipping multiple stoppages but the Uber Shuttle management is doing nothing to resolve this issue permanently apart from taking just a feedback since many months.

@Uber_India This shuttle driver was not aware of the correct Uber Shuttle route and followed a different route skipping multiple stoppages on the route and dropped me off at a different location. Reported this issue using the Uber app but no satisfactory response was received.
