@EastlinkSupport My parents are getting Tivo stream installed Tuesday. The information tells them they are getting "Internet 500" removed and 'Internet 350" installed. They pay for a bundle and the bundles all show "Gig Internet" online on your site. Should they be getting that?

@InfamousTog @PUBG_Support Aren't they located in Seoul, Korea? They are doing maintenance during their work day... the same as most companies do. Just like Blizzard,etc. You do server maintenance when the most staff are around to fix the issues.

@RBC Other people say it's happening too. I can't login on 3 seperate PCs, all using different browsers. Cleared caches, used browsers I never used. I even installed the app for the first time and it fails. Ill try calling.

If Walmart can have people buying items deemed non-essential (yes, people can argue what is and isn't essential), why can't other businesses be open and provide things online for pickup? They are forced to close.
