26k was taken from my account only to be credited back after reminder emails to the manager that he owed me interest for the week that 26k went missing reluctantly he said it's only Rs 5 which came in 1 month later

Can you believe this isn’t a fraud text!Yes, it’s an official message from SBI! The audacity to send something like this is unbelievable.

Upon checking, I found that I had a small credit card due of 2-3k, and the representative verified all my details—she was indeed from SBI.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and the bank owes me an apology.

If they don’t address this, I’ll be filing a complaint against them for the language they used.

This is absolutely pathetic. And yes, I’m closing all my SBI accounts today itself!
