@callie_mt I used my 4 wks of vacation plus 1 week of sick days for 5 weeks of mat leave, then took an extra week that I had to pay back at the end.

And despite it being MY vacation time, I still had to file for disability and the state of California paid me.

Make it make sense!

@MSharifpourMD Epidural is superior! But requires buy in, so we do a lot of fascial plane blocks (chest wall + truncals) which are better than nothing

Nationally there are more people who share our beliefs! Just bc historically ASA is male and conservative doesn’t mean it always will be!
