We’d like to share an important update about the project and everything happening behind the scenes.
⚙️ Although activity has been less visible lately, please know that we are working hard every day on development, upgrades, and integrations that will take our ecosystem to the next level.

🚀 Current Status
The project continues as normal — mining, operations, and development are fully active.

We’re currently working on a major website redesign and integration with a delivery application that will connect directly with our system.

A possible name and brand update is also being considered to better align with the next phase of the project.

🔄 Token Swap (1:1 Migration)

Over the coming months, we will conduct a 1:1 token swap, converting all old tokens to new ones.

Every holder or miner will receive the exact same amount in the new token.

💎 No tokens will be lost. All records will be kept securely and transparently.

Tokens that were held on problematic exchanges will be handled by our internal sales/support team through a controlled and automated process.

🕒 The token swap process will remain open for at least 100 days, giving everyone plenty of time to complete the exchange.

🧱 Important Notes

⚡ Daily activity continues as usual — mining and earning remain unaffected.

🔐 Transparency guaranteed — all records will be saved and an official declaration will be published when the swap begins.

🚫 Bad actors and scammers will be completely removed from the system.

We hereby issue an urgent and unequivocal demand to terminate all cooperation between us, due to your ongoing and serious breach of the obligations outlined in our agreement.

Despite multiple requests and ample time granted, you have failed to fulfill your commitments, including but not limited to, the proper handling and release of customer balances associated with our project. As of the date of this letter, portions of our customers' funds remain unjustifiably held by your platform – a situation that may constitute a violation of securities laws, consumer protection regulations, and financial compliance frameworks in various jurisdictions.

Accordingly, we demand the immediate execution of the following actions:

Full and immediate refund of the listing and integration fees paid by us.

Immediate release of all funds belonging to our users without delay or deductions.

Written confirmation of termination of cooperation within 72 hours of receipt of this notice.

Failure to comply within the stated timeframe will leave us no choice but to pursue global legal action, including civil and criminal proceedings in multiple regions, reports to regulatory authorities, and a public disclosure of your misconduct.
