@alexbruesewitz The local economy here is now booming with need for NG gas workers on the shale oil wells. So, in essence he is doing both. Whatever it takes to keep our energy flowing seems to be his mentality. Ill go with that in the short-term. SA is also a dictatorship. or you didn't know?
