Dr. Alexandra Papioannou (@dr_alexandrap) and the interdisciplinary team are actively recruiting for our @CIHR_IA OPTIMAL Fitness multisite research study cohorts at @YMCAhbb in #Hamilton and #Burlington, ON. We are looking for older adults (aged 65+) who have lost energy/strength (e.g. difficulty climbing stairs or slow walking speed) and want to improve physical function. Enrolment is #free!💪🏃‍♂️✨
