The LAT released a decision on March 10, 2022 in Orahim v. Allstate Insurance in which our associate Greg Specht successfully argued that the Applicant sustained predominantly minor injuries and was subject to the Minor Injury Guidelines.

Ari Krajden successfully argued a mid-trial motion to exclude SPECT scan evidence used for diagnosing a TBI. Justice Bale found the SPECT scan to be inadmissible for not meeting the reliability foundation test for novel scientific evidence.
