I love you bro, but I have to be honest with you: I think if you're being honest with yourself, you're upset and reacted the way you did because you viewed Trump like a father figure, and you felt let down / disrespected by him, which hurt your feelings; you then shielded the way yourself from hurt by attacking him publicly so as to put a shell around yourself, but the reality is that you're just upset. Rather than listening to your emotions, then explaining yourself to Trump, and having a personal conversation with him detailing everything (regardless of whether things would work out in favor of your own wishes), you chose to take the issue to social media. It is an avoidant passive agressive behaviour that I myself have been guilty of before as well... I think the reality is that you deeply admire Trump and that you felt he didn't protect your interests while you protected his; my perspective is that he did try protecting your interests on various occasions, heeded your council on many occasions, and even went to bat for you in the Whitehouse against the South African president in regards to the genocide taking place against white farmers in South Africa. I think that, perhaps, you are considering this one particular disappointment as some form of betrayal, but that if you look at the whole picture, you'll realize Trump has been a great friend to you as you have been to him also. Don't let this cloud your judgement Elon... you've been under extreme pressure from the media, the general public, and those who wish to see your downfall... don't give into the pressure and allow it to change you for the worse... you're one of the best! Keep it that way brother! <3
