@stephendyrgas You will have to call K2 Canada at 877 393 7049, they can send you an axle. I am located at the Headquarters in the US and we can only ship with in the US. hope this helps.
@JDodewaard@BoaFitSystem Jerry, our warranty is up to one year, however sometimes depending on the situation and if it is over the warranty a few months we can make exceptions. It is just case by case. Have you called our customer service department at k2 Sports headquarters? If not give them a bell.

@ichbintimo We don't have replacement straps, but you should be able to have a seamstress or commercial sewer remove and replace the velcro on the straps, or you could likely find a replacement at a fabric shop.
