Ordered a @fjordenco setup for my iPhone. During the wait I was asked if I wanted to delay my order and switch from an iPhone 13 to 14. I said to delay but they shipped iPhone 13 parts. Now they don’t respond to queries.

Just came off a transatlantic cruise with @CelebrityCruise on Celebrity Silhouette. At departure from the ship in Miami the shoreside crew misdirected us out through Immigration without sending us through to claim our luggage. Now it’s stuck in some sort of limbo.
