@AsdaServiceTeam I’m having a nightmare trying to get a refund on a product you didn’t send me and said you wouldn’t charge me for, but did. It was in 21/09, never had option of a refund online, your online form doesn’t recognise your own order number and no one answers phone?!

@RoyalMail I paid for 24hr tracked delivery which was dispatched on 3/1/23. It’s edible cake toppers for my daughters birthday on 9 Jan. It’s now saying won’t be delivered til 10 Jan. Is there anyway of finding where my parcel is and me getting before or collecting from somewhere
