Wasted my hours calling @Hermesparcels this morning one of the ladies i spoke to Courtney hung up on me telling me she’s putting me on hold.other one Danielle was very helpful but courier said they have tried to collect it twice!But they haven’t been anywhere near the location.

It was meant to me be collected from Travel lodge London city and they have 24hrs open reception and my parcel is ready and lebelled to to be collected and Hermes driver is lying! Never using this service again. Waste of money!!! @Hermesparcels
