Disappointed with @washingtongas. I've been a customer for 20+ years, canceled service at my old house, got charged for not paying the bill bc the autopay didn't go through. How would I know that? I called, had to wait a week to followup to get a measly $25 waived, and nope.

It is time to get serious & honest about the people that we elect that literally are making life or death decisions both here & abroad. No one will be PERFECT, no matter how many times the internet will lie & say their fav candidate is, but it’s not about perfection, it’s about seeking a more perfect union…

It’s truly exhausting to have been SO RIGHT & to travel the country & try to ring the alarm, but for it to fall on deaf ears or this country just decide that qualifications & heart, matter not, when they are embodied within a non patriarchal figure…

Update: don’t use @agoda. Try https://t.co/d3woPpCL8b or https://t.co/UUyYZJisKF instead. While on the phone with them trying to resolve our payment issue that was on the Agoda side, they canceled our booking. So now we are scrambling and leaving for overseas in a few hours.

@agoda 3-we have spent more than five hours trying to resolve this and we are leaving tomorrow at 4 AM to get on a plane. Thank you so much for your quick response. We do appreciate it. It’s hard when people can’t make creative solutions for customer experience.

@Citibank I have tried to call you and have gone in circles and can't get a hold of a real person. I got a letter about a traditional IRA account I didn't even know I had, when I call the number, they keep giving me different numbers and I can't talk to a human. #CustomerService

@StephsMundo @JoJoFromJerz Yes!!! Many times when someone is shaming and screaming at others about some issue it’s usually because they are projecting something within themselves. People who feel secure don’t have that same need to accuse and point.
