Admin, as the year continues,it’s not just students who need Maslow. Teachers need:
1) feel safe / supported
2) emotional connection/ relationship
3) respected
4) attention/ appreciation
5) value within the team
6) Volition/ sense of autonomy
7) innovation/ creativity

Showed students how public Instagram accounts could be searched on Google, photos could be viewed without an account and information could be obtained using visual clues and a basic knowledge of coding via the inspect tool. More powerful than simply saying “protect your privacy”.
