@Shutterfly Thanks for responding. I am able to long in with Safari, but not with Google Chrome, which is the browser I typically use.

@Shutterfly I've been trying to log in to my account for two days and each time the link takes me to a blank page. Is the website having issues? Is there something I should do to try to resolve this?
