jeonghan talking about when he was a teacher during his service, and it’s so endearing to hear 🥹

👼🏻: at a special school, i worked as an assistant teacher alongside the homeroom teacher so that they could conduct their classes.
👼🏻: i’d just sit beside them, and if someone needed help writing something, i’d go over and help them write
👼🏻: and then, the kids had a hard time staying seated. so i’d help them stay seated—if they kept running away, i’d go over and get them to sit back down…
👼🏻: there were also a lot of cases where they’d run off outside the school, so i had to pay really close attention to that
👼🏻: and whenever we went on field trips, i really had to make sure to keep track of everyone and check everything carefully
👼🏻: i liked it! it was really rewarding for me!

🚨 Une nouvelle espèce de félin vient d’être identifiée en Bolivie, une première depuis plus d’un siècle !

Baptisé tilcayo (Leopardus tilcayo), ce petit félin sauvage vit dans les forêts nuageuses des Yungas. Avec ses quelque 46 cm de long et son poids d’environ 1,4 kg, il est même plus petit qu’un chat domestique.

L’histoire de sa découverte est assez incroyable : un spécimen avait été recueilli lorsqu’il était encore petit par un habitant, qui pensait avoir affaire à un étrange chat domestique. L’animal a ensuite été confié à un refuge, où il a attiré l’attention de la biologiste bolivienne Paola Nogales-Ascarrunz. Des années de recherches et des analyses génétiques ont finalement permis de confirmer qu’il s’agissait bien d’une espèce à part entière.

Une découverte exceptionnelle qui rappelle que, même aujourd’hui, la nature est encore loin d’avoir révélé tous ses secrets. 🥹🐆🌿
