The first screenshot is a Consent Order by a Civil Division of the High Court. It is not a criminal case. It was because the defendant agreed to remove all posts she had against the claimant as stated on the face of the Order.

The lady claim couldn't get to the criminal court because the Police investigated and cannot establish a credible case to secure conviction. There was no remote possibility for her claim to have past the first table at the Police not to mention getting to the CPS for decision.

You cannot claim to be an Investigative Journalist and make such a ridiculous claim and unwilling to learn.

The Medical Regulatory Tribunal reviewed the matter under a more reduced burden which is even more rigorous and still can't accept her claim, then throw away the case.

You now claim, at no time was Funmi get cleared or exonerated by any court in the UK ?

There must be a case on the merit before it gets to UK court. Her rape claim didn't get to a criminal court in the UK because it was a non started
