It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Bobby Weir. We send him off the way he sent so many of us on our way: with a farewell that isn’t an ending, but a blessing. A reward for a life worth livin'. https://t.co/2qdBbh80v1

The people who participate in this kind of posthumous slander don’t believe in any sort of sweeping cosmic justice or divine judgement that would give them the freedom to withhold their earthly grievances upon someone’s death. Instead, they see “historical accounting” as the ultimate judge, which means that death is an opportunity for narrative control and “who a person is” is reduced to the way in which that person’s legacy is cemented in the public consciousness
@DrJohnVervaeke If nature itself is God then wouldn’t it be blasphemous to dissect and study it? How does one justify scientific inquiry and manipulation of the materials of nature if they are divine?
This is not at all surprising because GoT is a failed project and a nihilistic deathwork where nothing is sacred. The books are unfinished because much like Nick's sniveling groyper hoards the author can't commit to anything good or meaningful on principle and remains in spiritual purgatory, endlessly critiquing the work of better men and better artists who were actually able to exercise enough humility to see the bigger picture and let God's light shine in to their creations. GoT is just groyper LoTR
Nick Fuentes crashes out on a Superchatter for saying he likes Lord Of The Rings better than Game Of Thrones & doubles down on why GOT is better.
"I watched LOTR & I think it sucked.. Now what!?"
@StilNotHavin_It If you can get ahold of this croissant bread it makes the best French toast in the world, especially with cinnamon and sugar mixed into the batter
Best thing that ever happened to me was marrying into a regular wonderful MAGA Christian family and being alleviated of my delusions about liberalism. Disassociating with your leftist “friends” and acquaintances will feel alienating at first but you will discover in time how good it feels to be right with God and openly able to speak the truth when it matters, which both of you have always done, so Thank You!
When I first learned about the Kohlberg theory of moral development I was dismissive of it, but seeing the Charlie Kirk situation play out, it's clear that a sizable portion of people are stuck around tier 2 or 3, only able to conceptualize morality as a matter of rule-following.
The left equates morality (normative - subject to realtime feedback) with ethics (static - rules based) and are therefore only able to update their model of reality in response to a change in the ethical consensus of the group, rather than actual events and corresponding insights. This requires constant religious commitment to leftist doctrine lest they miss a slight change in the consensus and get left behind like a straggler in a school of fish
Really upsets me when people are minimalist about the holidays. Halloween is Sept 1 - Halloween Day. Thanksgiving is only one day, sorry. But Christmas starts day after Thanksgiving and ends New Year’s Eve. You must have decor up for this entire period or wtf are you even doing
